Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is applicable only for selected cleaning products including Detergent Bars, Detergent Liquids, Dishwash Liquids, Floor & Toilet Cleaners, Glass Cleaners, and Combo Packs.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged, leaking, or tampered packaging
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing product in a combo pack
• Manufacturing defect

1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
• Items showing opened caps, broken seals, leakage, or signs of usage will not be accepted.
• Combo packs must be returned complete; partial returns will not be accepted.
• Minor variations in color, fragrance, or thickness are not considered defects.
• Effectiveness based on personal preference is not a valid reason for return.
• Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
